PERSONAL STORIES / [AN IMMIGRANT STORY]
This project was inspired by a collaborative effort with the non-profit organization Emergency Architecture & Human Rights (EAHR). We organized an Architecture & Urban Design workshop where we worked with local youth in Denmark to encourage and to hear their voices about ongoing developments in their community. From this beautiful time engaged with these inspiring Danish youth, mostly second generation immigrants, some moving themes remained with me---Empowerment, Ownership and a Sense of Belonging. This is the beginning of their Story.
